Our trainers have been trained to design their lessons according to the requirements and needs of students.
This ensures that the objectives that were listed in the initial lesson can be achieved in a fast and effective way.
Placement tests – exhaustive and free of charge for our customers
After signing of the contract, we will place you at the correct level for the language of your choice. After the evaluation of the written tests, we will conduct the oral placement tests (in person or by phone). Then you will be placed in specific learning groups in accordance with your goals.
Quality control
We will check the quality of our training programmes in specified, contractually agreed intervals. After taking you on as a student, we will send you standardized questionnaires at regular intervals in which you can assess the performance of our trainers. Also our trainers will periodically receive questionnaires to assess the learning progress of the students.
